We specialise in mid- to high-end residential projects that combine elegance with practicality, and design innovation with timeless character.

Led by architect Gurmeet Sian, RIBA Project Architect of the Year Winner, our studio brings the same care and attention to private homes as we do to the cultural and community buildings we are known for. We work closely with each client to understand their needs, aspirations, and lifestyle — turning constraints into creative opportunities and guiding each project with clarity and collaboration.
